  Nobody will ever answer the phones there. Trying to call for a stock check on merchandise is a waste of time. The only way to see is actually go there and hope for the best. Managers should force employees to answer the phones.

  Some of the associates are not helpful when asked. They seem to just want to visit and chat with their co-workers. On another visit I has a personal bag to carry my wallet and a couple of other things so I wanted to purchase a 10 cent plastic bag and the cashier argued for me to giver her my bag for the items that I was buying. She kept arguing to the point that people in line behind me were getting frustrated so I ended up being forced to use my personal bag and was not allowed to purchase a bag from Sonora Walmart.
