  Absolutely terrible shopping experience here. I came in for a shower head with a filter in it. I wander around aimlessly not knowing where it was, and was ignored by 4 store associates each time I tried to ask for help. There was no mistake they all saw and heard me, they just didnt care. I was so frustrated by the end of it I almost cried. I'll travel to the next towns over if I ever need anything for home improvement again...

  I just had the strangest experience at Lowes. I went in to find some specialized concrete, I don't understand very much about it. So, I tried to find somebody to help me. I finally found Fred and asked him for help. He informed me that he just got there so he's not allowed to help me yet. I asked him how long an employee has to be there before they can help somebody, he didn't answer. I asked him if he would be able to find somebody who could help me. He said no. So, I walked clear across the store again to the information booth. I told them my dilema, described Fred. I asked for help she was very nice and called the concrete Department. Talked to somebody and said there would be some one waiting for me there. I asked what person's name was she said she didn't know, just a personal note she obviously didn't care. I went down there, there wasn't anybody there. I went to the registers, there wasn't anybody there so I left.
