  They give huge time windows and are inconsiderate to renters. They won't leave a note saying they sprayed on rental houses unless the owner specifically asks them. So, you may unwittingly be posioned. Their lack of concern with people and animal's health is disgusting. The tech who explained this to me was also very rude and condescending, basically threatening to spray against our wishes, and saying that I had no rights to know if they put poison where we live. Even if it isn't their policy, there's no need to demean people.

  This company is great! My tech, Jon S, was professional, knowledgeable and patient. I hope I can have him come in the future if I ever have an issue. I suspect I'll be fine though.
